  • Course registration is scheduled from Wednesday, April 22. Course registration for third-year intercollegiate transfer students is also schedule for Wednesday, April 22.(as of April 7, 2020)
  • (From the Second Year Students and Above)
  • (To students) Course registration for the second year students and above are available through AIMS-Gifu from Wednesday, April 8 through Monday, April 20. However, course registration for the campus-wide core curriculum (including teaching subjects) will be accepted from Wednesday, April 22 (the same day for the newly enrolled). Please register your specialized subjects first. If you have any questions for this course registration (schedules, etc.), please contact the staff of your faculty or graduate school. (as of April 6)

      • We offer university-wide curriculums (teacher education course) to students (excluding students at the Faculty of Education, and some students of the Faculty of Engineering and the Faculty of Applied Biological Sciences are eligible) to obtain teacher's license.         Date of Class Start(as of May 1, 2020)

      • The start of Frist Semester 2020 is on Friday, April 10. Please refer to the PDF file for details. During the period from April 10 to the actual date of class opening (differ depending on the faculties and schools), students study at home (preparations for e-Learning included). Please follow the instructions of your supervisors at the faculties/schools if you are asked to study via e-mails or AIMS-Gifu.

        Returnees from Abroad(as of March 31, 2020)

        • The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced the Level 1 (on the scale from 1 to 4: Exercise Caution: Japanese nationals travelling to and residing in the country or area are advised to stay alert to the security situation) on March 18. Multiple cases of infections have already been reported from the returnees from abroad in Gifu Prefecture. Newly enrolled students who have returned or came to Japan from March 9 onward, are required to report to the student affairs section of their respective faculties, schools or centers by phone or e-mail, and ask for instructions. You will be asked about yourself in accordance with the questions at the Report Form, so please take a look at the form before contacting the staff (as of March 31, 2020)
