New Gifu University Products: "Gifu University Towel" and "Gifu University Ornamental Tape"
Gifu University has been creating a variety of Gifu University products to engage in local communities and promote the university as a center for regional revitalization. We have successfully commercialized and kicked off sales of the two new items, "Gifu University Towel" and "Gifu University Ornamental Tape."
We publicly invited applications for designs for these new items. After strict screening, Ms. Anna Kawai (4th year student, Faculty of Engineering) won the highest award, and Ms. Yuka Ohshima (3rd year student, Faculty of Education) won the award of excellence out of more than 50 entries from the students, academic and administrative staff of Gifu University, as well as students from Gifu University Faculty of Education Affiliated Compulsory School System (Elementary-Junior High). The designs that these two winners created are used for the new items.
The sales of the two products started on Monday, March 8, 2021 and we look forward to having a large sale of these new products in coming days. (*"Gifu University Towel" will hit store shelves soon.) We continue to promote Gifu University as an academic institution dedicating to growth and revitalization of local communities.
