Regarding the Accidental Disclosure of Personal Information During the Corporate Document Disclosure Procedure

An incident has occurred in which personal information contained in documents subject to disclosure was mistakenly released during the corporate document disclosure procedure.

The cause of the incident was insufficient verification of the non-disclosure sections. The document in question has been retrieved from the requester, and the correct version has since been disclosed. Additionally, we have issued individual apologies to those whose personal information was inadvertently disclosed.

We take this incident very seriously and deeply apologize to all parties concerned for the inappropriate handling of personal information. We will implement stricter procedures and take all necessary measures to prevent recurrence.
