5. In screening applicants, we will give due considerations to an applicant's eligibility, application terms (naming rights fees, period of contract, etc.), proposed nicknames, and other factors. Even if we have only one applicant, we will strictly examine whether an applicant is appropriate for the rights. Please note that a screening process could be canceled if the naming rights fees do not reach a minimum naming rights fees that our screening committee members will agree upon.
