9^th Press Conference by President for AY 2017 was held on January 17, 2018.

First, President Hisataka Moriwaki spoke about "7th Graduation Music Concert by Music Education Course Students, Faculty of Education" in association with "Gifu University Future Vision Toward 2025." Professor Naotake Iketani, Dean of the Faculty of Education gave a summary of the concert, and Associate Professor Kumiko Nakada of the course and her students made some supplementary statements about the concert. On the day of the 9^th press conference, three students sang songs and played the piano.

The 7^th Graduation Music Concert is scheduled to be held on March 18, 2018, but if combined, we can also celebrate the 64^th Graduation Concert which was initiated in 1955 (name of the concert was changed seven years ago).

On March 18, piano solo, solo vocal recital, oboe and sax solo performances, etc. are scheduled. A grand chorus session with participation of whole students and the staff will wrap up the concert. They will sing popular Japanese songs of four seasons together, which, we expect, will make the session more memorable to everyone.
