AY 2017 Gifu University Entrance Ceremony for Undergraduate and Graduate Students is held

On April 7, 2017, AY 2017 Gifu University Entrance Ceremony for Undergraduate and Graduate Students was held at Nagaragawa Convention Center. The numbers of students enrolled in are: 1,328 undergraduate students and 611 graduate students respectively.

President Hisataka Moriwaki offered the following words of encouragement to the newly-enrolled undergraduate and graduate students: "I want you to strive to become members of society capable of contributing to Japanese society and the global community." "We hope you enjoy and utilize Gifu University, whether as a graduate student who has a clear vision for his / her future as a highly advanced professional, or as a graduate student aspiring to become a researcher while firmly holding on to his / her dreams."

On behalf of undergraduate students, Ms. Chihiro Tanokami of the Faculty of Education, and on behalf of graduate students, Ms. Ko Keikun made statements about their resolutions of studying at Gifu University.
