To Gifu University Students,

On Tuesday, January 2, 2024, Gifu University sent an "Safety Confirmation" email to every member of Gifu University to ensure their status after the devastating earthquake and tsunami hit the northern Noto Peninsula on Monday, January 1. If you have sustained damages by the earthquake but have not responded to the email yet, please contact the student affairs office of your faculty/graduate school or the Student Affairs Division, Student Affairs Department as soon as possible.

Also, feel free to contact Gifu University anytime if you have difficulties studying or attending classes from Wednesday, January 10 due to the damages caused by the earthquake.

Please follow the instructions from your faculty/graduate school if you already received such instructions.
