The Fall 2018 Entrance Ceremony for United Graduate School of Agricultural Science (UGSAS: doctoral degree) was held at the joint seminar room of the UGSAS building on October 5, 2018.

Professor Masateru Senge, UGSAS Dean gave his congratulatory speech to 11 students (eight from Indonesia, one from Bangladesh, Vietnam, and China respectively). Professor Senge's message: "Please make every effort to become a highly-skilled professional and/or respected leader in any business or research field of your choice. Also, please try your best to deepen your understanding about Japanese culture and forge a strong bond with Japanese people. We sincerely wish that everyone who is at present today will serve as a bridge that could connect Japan, your home country and the rest of the world in the near future."
