• We kindly ask that parents, guardians and students (as spectators) refrain from coming to the ceremony site for COVID-19 infection prevention.
• The following are the time for site opening for 1), 2) and 3) students above. The site will open 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony.
  　　1) 8:45 (opening 9:15) for graduate school students
  　　2) 10:00 (opening 10:30) for students at Faculty of Education, Faculty of Regional Studies and School of Medicine
  　　3) 11:15 (opening 11:45) for students at Faculty of Engineering and Faculty of Applied Biological Sciences
• To avoid the "Three Cs," no commemorative photo panels are installed at Nagaragawa Convention Center. However, panels are set at an entrance of each faculty/school building on March 25.
• For those who do not use public transport, please park your car at pay parking lots. Illegal parking near the center can be reported to the police.
• After the ceremony, shuttle bus services for students are available from Nagaragawa Convention Center to Gifu University.
• The ceremony is livestreamed on Gifu University YouTube.
