  - 8：15～8：30 for graduate school students excluding the Graduate School of Natural Science and Technology
  - 8：30～8：45 for students at Department of Life Science and Chemistry, Department of Agricultural and Environmental Science, Graduate School of Natural Science and Technology
  - 8：45～9：00 for students at Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Department of Materials Science and Procession, Graduate School of Natural Science and Technology
  - 9：00～9：20 for students at Department of Intelligence Science and Engineering, Department of Energy Engineering, Graduate School of Natural Science and Technology
  2) 11:30～12:00 for students at Faculty of Education, Faculty of Regional Studies, School of Medicine and School of Social System Management
  - 10：20～10：35 for students at Faculty of Regional Studies and School of Social System Management
  - 10：35～11：00 for students at Faculty of Education
  - 11：00～11：20 for students at School of Medicine
  3) 13:30～14:00 for students at Faculty of Engineering and Faculty of Applied Biological Sciences
  - 12：20～12：40 for students at Faculty of Applied Biological Sciences
  - 12：40～13：00 for students at Department of Civil Engineering, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering
  - 13：00～13：20 for students at Department of Chemistry and Biomolecular Science, Department of Electrical, Electronic and Computer Engineering, Faculty of Engineering
  
  To avoid the "Three Cs,"no commemorative photo panels are installed at Nagaragawa Convention Center. However, panels are set at an entrance of each faculty building (including the nursing course building) on April 7.
  
  
• For those who do not use public transport, please park your car at pay parking lots. Illegal parking at convenience stores, shops, etc. near the center can be reported to the police.
  
  
• After the ceremony, shuttle bus services for students are available from Nagaragawa Convention Center to Gifu University and from Nagaragawa Convention Center to JR Gifu Station.

• Depending on COVID-19 infection situations,ways of conducting the ceremony may change.
