Invitation for Applications: Naming Rights Project for the Yanagido District Bus Rotary, THERS (Gifu University)
We are inviting applications for the naming rights project as outlined below. Applicants are requested to carefully review the application guidelines in the "Related Files" and submit the required documents by the deadline.
(1) Target Facility
Yanagido District Bus Rotary, Gifu University
Please refer here for the layout drawing of the bus rotary.
On-site inspections can also be arranged upon request.
(2) Term of Naming Rights Grant
Between 4 and 6 years
(3) Deadline for Submission of Questions
Must arrive by 12:00 on Friday, July 24, 2026
(4)Deadline for Application Submission
Must arrive by 17:00 on Monday, August 31, 2026
(5) Eligibility Requirements
As specified in the application guidelines
(6) Selection Method
Applications will be evaluated comprehensively based on eligibility, application conditions (naming rights fee, contract term), proposed nickname and other content, financial condition, etc. Even if there is only one applicant, the proposal will still be reviewed to determine suitability as a naming rights partner.
(7) Naming Rights Fee Standard Amount
Standard amount: 3,000,000 yen per year (excluding tax) Proposals with a naming rights fee below the standard amount set by the organization will not be accepted. Please refer to the application guidelines for details.
