Policy on Responding to Excessive Complaints and Unjustified Demands Directed at Gifu University Has Been Established

Gifu University regards the maintenance of a healthy, safe, and comfortable environment for education, research, and employment--where each faculty and staff member can work with peace of mind--as one of its important missions. We sincerely listen to legitimate opinions and requests received from stakeholders and others, and we continually strive to improve university management and educational and research activities.

However, there are instances in which the University receives unjustified demands, abusive language, or other inappropriate behavior from certain individuals. In cases where such actions compromise the safety of faculty and staff or adversely affect the educational and research environment, Gifu University has established a policy to ensure appropriate and consistent responses.
