Gifu University Registered as a "Gifu SDGs Promotion Gold Partner"
Gifu University has been officially recognized as a "Gold Partner," the highest rank, in the first round of registrations for fiscal year 2025 under the "Gifu SDGs Promotion Partner Registration System1" promoted by the Gifu Prefectural government.
The "Gifu SDGs Promotion Partner Registration System1" is a program by the Gifu Prefectural government that registers and certifies organizations actively working toward the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through balanced and focused efforts across the three dimensions of environment, society, and economy. The title of "Gold Partner" is awarded to organizations that have established a solid management system and are engaged in high-level initiatives across a wide range of SDGs-related fields.
Gifu University has been proactively promoting efforts to realize a sustainable society through education, research, and community engagement. This registration serves as broad recognition of those activities.
Gifu University will continue to collaborate with the local community to advance education, research, and social contribution based on the principles of the SDGs, thereby contributing to the creation of a sustainable future.
