Call for Naming Rights Proposals for THERS (Gifu University) University Hall Cafeteria
We are now accepting proposals for naming rights as outlined below. Interested parties are requested to carefully review the application guidelines available under "Related Files" and submit the required documents by the deadlines.
(1) Target Facility

※ On-site inspections are available upon request.
(2) Naming Rights Period
The naming rights will be granted for a period between 4 and 6 years. The start date will be on or after November 1, 2025.
(3) Deadline for Submission of Questions
By 12:00 PM on Thursday, August 28, 2025 (must arrive by this time)
(4) Deadline for Submission of Applications
By 5:00 PM on Monday, September 22, 2025 (must arrive by this time)
(5) Eligibility Requirements
As specified in the application guidelines
(6) Selection Process
Proposals will be evaluated comprehensively based on eligibility, proposal details (naming rights fee, contract period), proposed name, business status, and other relevant factors. Even if there is only one applicant, the proposal will be reviewed to determine its suitability for naming rights.
(7) Minimum Fee Requirement
Proposals with naming rights fee below the minimum amount set by the university will not be accepted. Please refer to the application guidelines for details.

Under this project, the university grants naming rights to a business entity or organization (including corporations, non-corporate organizations, groups formed by such entities, or individuals) through a formal agreement. The entity granted naming rights will pay a fee in exchange for the right to assign a nickname to a university facility.
