Delegation from MULS, Mongolia visits Gifu University
On Friday, November 8, 2024, President Badarch Baasansukh and others from the Mongolian University of Life Sciences (MULS), Mongolia, visited Gifu University. This visit was made possible through the good offices of Kasamatsu Town, Gifu Prefecture. Gifu University and Kasamatsu Town concluded a cooperation agreement on April 17, 2017. The town also signed an agreement with MULS thanks to the kind intermediary of the Japan Reigi Sahou Association1. The Director of the Kasamatsu Town Office and representatives of the association also accompanied the delegation.
During their visit, they paid a courtesy call to Vice President LIM Lee Wah (Global Outreach and Engagement, Deputy in Charge for Promotion of Diversity and Gender Equality, Deputy in Charge for Library Management) of Gifu University and other members of the board. First, they briefly introduced their respective universities. Later, they discussed potential areas for future collaboration between the two universities. Following this, the delegation was invited to a campus tour around Gifu University.
Gifu University will continue to deepen its collaboration with MULS and promote future educational and research exchanges in the coming days.
