This year marked the 4th ICCC. Since its inception, members have been monitoring effects of climate change on human lives and the environment, and addressing issues and challenges posed by climate change. People in attendance exchanged their views on climate change from a multiple perspectives such as environment, agriculture, law, society, economy and culture.

The outcomes of the 4th ICCC will be edited into academic papers. Already 62 papers finished peer reviews, and are scheduled to be posted on the internet and registered by Scopus* around January 2020. We hope that achievements of the ICCC will help researchers and engineers around the world advance their research on climate change for the future.
