The Fall 2019 Certificate Awarding Ceremony for the Gifu University Rearing Program for Basin Water Environmental Leaders (BWEL) was held at the Office of President on September 30. The ceremony was attended by President Hisataka Moriwaki, members of the Program Committee and Program Promotion Office, etc.

The certificate of completion was conferred to Ms. Aini Nurjanah (from Indonesia) who was admitted to the Master's course of the Graduate School of Natural Science and Technology in October, 2017. (She is a sole graduate of the program in the fall of 2019.)

After the ceremony, President Moriwaki asked Ms. Nurjanah about her research subjects, future activities in her home country (conservation of the environment best utilizing her academic achievements), and career path, etc. At the end of the meeting, President Moriwaki gave her a word of encouragement wishing her the best for the future.
