Spring AY 2018 Degree Awarding Ceremony for Gifu University United Graduate School of Agricultural Science (UGSAS) and United Graduate School of Veterinary Sciences (UGSVS) was held at Gifu University Auditorium on March 13, 2019. Students who have completed doctoral programs or dissertation doctorate at their respective schools received their diplomas from President Hisataka Moriwaki.

The ceremony was attended by presidents, executive directors and deans of Shizuoka University, Obihiro University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine, Iwate University and Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology, all of which are the member universities of the united graduate schools. From Gifu University, President Moriwaki, executive directors, vice presidents and deans of UGSAS and UGSVS were at present.

The number of students who have completed courses was:
UGSAS: 9 for doctoral program, 2 for dissertation doctoral
UGSVS: 21 doctoral program, 3 for dissertation doctoral
