Final Lecture of Mr. Masaki Yokoyama, Executive Director for General Affairs & Finance, Vice President

Mr. Masaki Yokoyama, Executive Director for General Affairs & Finance, Vice President gave his final lecture at the university auditorium on March 27, 2018. He is going to leave office at the end of March.

"Dear Masaki Yokoyama: What messages did you want to convey to Gifu University?" was the theme of the lecture, and he spoke about his work and experiences at Gifu University for the past seven years.

Mr. Yokoyama's motto in life is "Confront difficulties and hardships. Bring up new ideas even for small things. Keep on going and always think." With this in mind, he has devoted himself to the improvement of Gifu University for years. He wrapped up his speech with this comment for the university staff: "Please try to make a step forward and do your utmost to realize your great potentials."

Approximately 250 people attended the lecture and many listened to his talk with great interest. Some of them diligently took notes on important points.

At the end of the lecture, President Hisataka Moriwaki extended grateful thanks to Mr. Yokoyama and the lecture resulted in great success.
