Members of "Raise Election Awareness among Gifu Youths" carry out an election promotion campaign at Gifu University

On January 12, 2017, members of "Raise Election Awareness among Gifu Youths" (a volunteer group of Gifu University students) carried out a promotion campaign for the gubernatorial election of Gifu Prefecture to be held on January 29, 2017. At the request of the Gifu City Secretariat of the Board of Election, the members assembled together in front of the University Hall, and urged the students to cast their votes for the election.

During a lunch break, the members handed out flyers about the gubernatorial election to the students heading to the dining hall or the stores by saying, "Please go to the polls on January 29. Gifu University also sets up an Early Voting Station on campus."

The followings are the details of the Early Voting Station at Gifu University. We hope that the university students become more interested in the politics and elections, and are actively engaged in various events to stay well-informed on the world of politics.
