The 4th press conference by Gifu University President

The 4th press conference by Gifu University President was held on Monday, October 20, 2014.

In association with "Future Visions from the 3rd Period Onward," Gifu University President Hisataka Moriwaki presented an overview of "Gifu University team's participation in the International Genetically Engineered Machine (iGEM) Competition," "Nano porous fiber produced by crazing processing that is the only technology in the world" and "Conclusion of an agreement on composite materials between the Centers in the Tokai and Hokuriku region" at the press conference.

Following the presentation by President, each person in charge provided detailed information. Many questions regarding the research project for iGEM, students' zeal for the iGEM competition and industry-government-academia collaboration were asked by reporters, and it became an opportunity to actively introduce the news of Gifu University.
