Overseas Study Fair 2013 was held on April 24^th, 2013 in an aim to encourage students to study abroad through supplying information about overseas study programs and life in foreign countries. The target audience includes freshmen who are interested in studying or getting engaged in activities overseas in the future. There were as many as 80 participants in the Fair.

After the speech delivered by Dr. Akira Komiyama, Executive Director and Vice President, Academic Globalization, Ms. Rika Kanetake, a senior, the Faculty of Education introduced the experience of her participation in New York Global Young Leaders Summit International Model United Nations 2013 which took place in New York, USA, from March 26^th to 29^th, 2013.

Deadlines of applications for exchange programs with sister universities, scholarship programs, the newly introduced crisis management system as well as five short-term overseas study programs during the university recess, were also provided by the university staff responsible for each program. After the Fair, the staff and Ms. Kanetake took questions and offered consultation to the participants.
